  : The location was great, close to the centre. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Overall a good experience!
  : To my liking, the pillows and mattress were too soft, and I had a bit of trouble adjusting in my sleep. Also, there was a noise from the closing doors during the night, but this is common in hotels.

  : Located in the heart of Modena shopping center with so many historical sights and attractions all around, it makes it the ideal accommodation in town! The big plus was the very hospitable staff greeting the customers and going above and beyond our expectations. For example it was raining heavily the first 2 days and although they had given out all the umbrellas available at the hotel, so the receptionist gave us their own umbrella to use for our walk. Plus so many more little things provided that makes the difference!
  : The plumbing in my room was poor. Shower fills with water after 1-2 minute shower so had to take very fast showers. Sink leaking on the bottom plus other pipes leaking too in the bathroom. Can't leave windows open as there's mosquitos, maybe nets would be good outside the windows to filter bugs getting into room. Generally speaking some renovations/upgrades are needed.

  : The location was OK.
  : We were three people with business with a four-day stay and we had problems with the rooms as they weren't according to our expectations and more than that even if we stayed for four days the receptionist (she) didn't want to change the rooms. My friend had a WC near her room (probably for the personnel) which had a broken door and all the "smells" came into her room. She had to take the chair from her room to shut the door. I had a room with a window in front of which there was something like a tube used to throw garbage from rebuilding which looked awful. The receptionist wasn't at all polite and we felt that there were some "stereotypes" concerning the country where we came from. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
