  : Amazing location, tasty breakfast and the best view you can think of.
  : The cleaning crew did not knock on the door to check if people were still inside which caused me to be worried for a moment when my locked door was being unlocked from the outside on the first and continuous days. But I do belive it could have been easily fixed.

  : Absolutely nothing. Awful, super awful restaurant, horrible people, disgusting rooms and the worst bathroom I have ever used!!! A member of staff was fighting with a guest and slammed the door on her face. Never have I experienced such awful rooms. My husband was cold at night but I refused to allow him to use the duvet, it hadn't been washed by the whiff of it. Disgusting!!
  : Where do I even begin. Awful breakfast, the worst coffee I've ever had (and Italy has the best coffee!). The 2 people at the front desk, a lady and a gentleman, not helpful at all. Kept on talking to themselves whenever a guest was in the vicinity, no eye contact, just plain rude!! Tables badly set for breakfast, no forks and tables were not cleaned on time for other guests. Our room was not cleaned the few days we were there. When I asked them to, the gentleman at the desk replied "they will clean when they clean". Horrible manners. The bathroom!! Disgusting. No shower cabin. One had to shower over the toilet and bidet and the whole toilet ends up wet. THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL STAY AND I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!
