  : The flat was very nicely designed and is located in a quite area close to Bocconi University. It had all amenities needed (although some were rather dirty).
  : Before our stay started the communication with our contact person was already difficult. The check in link was not sent via Booking messages and upon request via Whatsapp he left me on read and just replied after I asked for it again leaving me waiting until I had to ask once more before he actually sent it. When we met at the flat he was slightly late and there were dirty towels in a bag that he took away only at that moment. The flat was overall not very clean (spider webs, wasnt vacuumed, the curtains were disgusting etc.) and some things were not working (window and shower door would not close for example). There was also loud construction upstairs and all the dirt came into the flat through a hole. After complaining he promised us that he will come and fix the issues on the same day. He did not come and said that he would come the next day at 10. He also did not come then. Which was annoying because the stay was only 3 days. After being very annoyed and complaining he finally came and fixed most issues but that was in the afternoon before the day of check out. Overall we paid 660 for 3 nights which is quite a high price for Milan and it just was not worth it especially since I literally had to communicate with him EVERY SINGLE DAY. And it was super stressful and made our stay in Milan not very enjoyable. Upon asking for a discount I got put off for quite a while with false promises.

  : The location and building is quite nice.
  : The flat was way older than from what you would expect from the pictures, and it was not clean: stains everywhere, toilet was dirty. Provided shampoo and soap were old (already clotted). No laundry detergent. The AC was very loud and the smell in the flat strange. I asked to cancel this location for free to move to another appartment but it was denied without the accommodation getting in contact with me to find a solution for the above. Very bad value for money, I would definitely stay somewhere else next time when in Milan.

  : The apartment was very well located, and check in was easy (although the hosts again didnt want to accommodate an early arrival)
  : The apartment was very small for three people. The third person slept on a couch that was barely a (very uncomfortable) pull out. Basic necessities like shampoo and shower gel were not included, only a tiny bar soap for hand washing. The closets had to be clawed open, as they had no pull tabs whatsoever. And the hosts contacts did the very minimal of communicating. When we offered to pay for a late check out, they only responded five minutes before check out time, and refused to accommodate us. Indeed, they apparently need you to check out at 10am to prepare the apartment for the next guest arriving at 3pm 5 hours to clean this tiny apartment! In sum, I wish I hadnt been in such a hurry to book as there were many nicer places to stay, as I later realized.
