  : Location was amazing the owner was helpful and explained things we didn't understand or couldn't find. She was very polite. Pleasant. We have left and there was no refund available but that's fine. As you can read in our comments bellow, not every place is for everyone. This place would be absolutely amazing for adults 100%. So thank you dear Cristina and we still owe you 6, please send us the invoice. Thank you
  : This is just a personal point of view as myself and my sister , we travelled with a 1year old. We didn't find it suitable ( in our opinion )for a baby although the baby cot was in the apartment. To keep the apartment dark(baby goes to sleep at 7.30pm) it's necessary to close the outside steel automatic curtains. Once baby goes to sleep and you want to sit on the balcony/terrace, you have to open them up, which some babies might find disturbing. Inside darkening curtains would be amazing. Unfortunately, neighbours were throwing cigarette butts on our balcony. And outside washing machine wasn't in a condition that we found suitable to wash baby clothes in. The bathroom has got stand up shower. You have to hold the baby while showering. We have decided to leave after a one night also because the light from all the devices such as WiFi, radio , automatic door opener device and something on the wall wasn't comfy for sleeping also for us adults.

  : The location was good and the room was as described.
  : We had issues communicating with the host and difficulty accessing the property. The key app was not working on my phone and i sent multiple screenshots of the error messages i was receiving (i've not had problems with other key apps i've used). I told the host the link she send me did not work and she replied "this is not possible" and later told me i had not downloaded it even after sending her a screenshots of it on my phone and the error messages i received. The biggest issue we had was one evening we were locked outside the gate outside the building because the door man had left which i didn't know would happen (at this point we had a key to the room but we were not told we needed to take to the building key too). We tried to reach the host but she did not respond to us for one hour and fifteen minutes. Fortunately, we were able to flag down a cleaning person who let us in after 20 minutes of waiting in the cold not sure what to do. Initially i had tried to cancel the reservation because i thought I would be able to get two rooms but there was only one. I was unable to cancel but i had agreed to the terms so I kept my reservation and honored it. This upset the host and i'm not sure why but i think that may have added to her attitude towards me. Another issue we had was that the host really wanted me to send my passport images over the internet on whatsapp. I wasn't super comfortable doing that and tried to get her a physical copy but she said there was no other way so i complied.
