  : Spacious apartment for family of 5 with two toilets. Quiet residential area.
  : Water heater malfunctioned on the second night, it took us one hour to figure out how to increase the pressure to make it work again. It happened late at night, and we were almost about to book another hotel room just to shower. Kudos to the apartment staff who responded via WhatsApp after his/her work hours to troubleshoot. The shower area for the common toilet is also quite cramped.

  : The accommodations are very good. Everything clean, in good condition, very bright and very cozy. I would especially highlight the bathrooms and showers, of very good quality. The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. The reception staff is very friendly and flexible, and the treatment is very respectful. The access mechanism is easy, and the communication of instructions was very clear. The beds are of very good quality.
  : As for the reservation, it is sad to say but the owners have robbed us. We originally booked for 10 people, but in the end it was 9 and I notified the accommodation within the free cancellation/modification period to subtract a guest and adjust the price. As they ignored my messages, I spoke to the booking assistant and they ignored them as well. They only replied after the free modification/cancellation period was over to tell us that the modification was no longer possible. In the end we had to pay 200 more even though there was an empty bed. Worst of all, the solution they offered me as a "great effort" was that we did not pay the city tax of the guest who did not come (4.5), which we consider to be making fun of us. Very unpleasant experience, a shame and a reason to never come back.

  : It had a nice location and the house was comfortable. We arrived before check-in time and they let us in 3 hours early.
  : The only thing I didn't like was that the sockets were inconvenient and we had some difficulty charging electrical devices.

  : The location was absolutely fantastic! It was convenient and easily accessible, very close to Duomo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
  : We did experience a minor issue with one of the sinks being clogged and there was a shortage of soap in the bathrooms. These were minor setbacks but worth mentioning.
