  : 1. Laxk of air conditioning control in room resulting in very hot room 2. Disruptive loud crowd gathering outside hotel every Wednesday night until early morning, disruptive to sleep 3.lack of kitchen amenities including bowls, microwave and essential disposables such as foil and paper towel 4. Poor communication and organisation of taxi transportation resulting in nearly missed flight

  : The location, cleanliness and set up of the apartment was excellent.
  : The service was woeful, noting this is not the fault of the concierge but the management company. I arrived having requested an early checkin due to an overnight flight, they were full (completely understandable) and so I arrived at the designated checkin of 14.00. I was told my room was not ready and I needed to wait another hour. A couple arrived after me with the same booking and were granted a room immediately. I was finally checking in at 15.15. I booked the apartment so I had a washing machine and the listed clothes rack on the listing, there was no clothes rack to dry the clothes. I called the management company they said they would call back in 5 minutes, they never did. There was a tiny drop of laundry liquid so I requested a little more to do one load of washing, I was told they would try and get me some, none arrived. So I went to the shop and bought a full bottle for one load. There was no one present at checkout. Extraordinarily bad service from a listing rated over a 9, has never happened to me on all my bookings with booking.com

  : We had a fantastic time in Milano. The apartment was very modern and well equipped. The view was stunning. We felt very comfortable and safe. It was convenient for four adults. The location was perfect, close to the Metro and the city center. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Milano.
  : The check in procedure was little difficult, as we had to call beforehand. We thought we had to wait outside the property, but in fact we could have walked up on the 2. floor to reception. The apartment was a bit dusty and we did not have enough toilet paper.
