  : Everything was OK: the room is very large and the bathroom comfortable. The host was very helpful and his assistant, who helped us with the luggage, extremely friendly and courteous. Most important in Milan: there is a public underground parking thirty meters away: not very useful in work hours, but in the evening or in the night you find surely a parking lot. There is a new access to the underground nearby so one can take it and reach a lot of destinations in the town. The district is fine, plenty of restaurants [a bit overpriced].
  : A lady traveling alone and lodging there should take care in the night because near to the site there is a charity where a large number of clandestine and often drunken north-African immigrants gathers for free food, harassing the women who pass by. However this is typical of Milan nowadays, and is not the host's fault.

  : Where do I begin:First given the WRONG room and was told it was the correct one. Paid 170 extra euros for a kitchen and extra bed. We were given a room with neither. Was told it was correct room (even showed my reservation showing the extra cost) was told then the room was full and everything was booked. We then had to demand at least the extra bed, which after much conversation was done for us (had to be assembled and brought from another space).As we were about to leave to sight see WE GOT LOCKED INSIDE OUR ROOM. After reading several reviews, we certainly were not the first to experience this. The person working the front desk, called the owners of the hotel, who, then, miraculously found the room that we had originally booked and moved us to that space. Even just a few minutes early we were told it was completely booked, which obviously was not true.We had a friend that was with us who lives locally, and we were questioned when he came back into our room about why he was there. While having a normal conversation was asked to be quiet because we were too loud by site staff. As we found out throughout our stay you could hear everything through the thin walls, including the neighbors who complained about us the day before.GUESTS:As mentioned, earlier, be aware of having any friends or guests over FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME. Youll be questioned why theyre there, how long they are staying, etc. Hotel management clearly wants to charge for an additional guest.Our friend was just hanging out after a long day trip to Lake Como. Almost immediately after arriving to the hotel we had a knock on our door, asking how long he was staying. I found this extremely intrusive and rude. Even though he was leaving just minutes later.ROOM:Please notice my pictures there are several instances in which theres paint peeling off the wall, plugs that did t work, holes in the wall.

  : Booked this hotel for a comfortable stay while in Milan. Failed to be told there were building works going on inside the hotel so loud we couldnt even hear ourselves think, me and my partner refused to stay there the staff were disgusting and had so much attitude refused to help and shouting in our faces.
