: It's good located so you can move around the city, also it's near some grocery store. The apartment is really nice, comfortable, and clean. All the amenities are really good.
: Would be good if you check the drain from the shower since it's not really fast and you need to close several times so you can finish showering.

: The apartment was not equipped to host 4 people, in spite of the reservation specifically indicating we were 2 adults + 2 children.I tries calling Customer Service for help but they were closed (available till 22:00, the time of our check-in).Italianway offered me a reduction of the rental for the night, which is appreciated but its no use to my kids who didnt have a bed ready, nor clean sheets to sleep.I also understand we didnt book a hotel but a few necessities should have been in the apartment: there was hardly any soap, we could not find cleaning equipment (i.e., for the kitchen) to clean the place and clean after ourselves.There were no welcome information to explain wifi or other useful details about the apartment, which we typically find in other places where we stayed.Last but not least: the booking required reading and signing a 10 page long rental agreement, plus a lenghty check-in procedure online. Not the most user friendly customer journey. Especially a very cumbersome process for the Customer not matched by an equally attentive and precise service.
