: It was a perfect location and the apartment is very well equipped.
: The heating is turned off during the night. Its not fault of the location, but it is a huge minus that apartments heating is controlled by building itself so you cant do nothing. We found this out after the first night. We got frozen and got sick as a result.

: The room space is large and life is convenient
: The washing machine was very dirty, and while washing my clothes, suddenly there was an extra sock, probably belonging to the previous tenant. I don't know how long it has been here, in addition, the quilt has no sheets, only a cushion to separate it, it doesn't feel clean, I haven't had to change the sheets for 5 days, and there was a strange smell on the bed at the beginning

: Initially it was not where i booked i got, that was already traumatizing me, before they staff mess up my event. I was ask to pay a deposit of 100 incase of damage of any of the facility, now they are seizing my money on the ground that i broke the law which was never stated.
: I was really disappointed because the was still under construction, the electric cooker wasn't working perfectly, the oven was completely disconnected, there was no cleaning materials like mop, sweeping brush, cleaning soaps. It was a complete mess

: Just the bed
: I didnt like the location, the room was not even close to what we booked. We booked a room with balcony and we didnt get it and also they were ignoring my messages about the room.As soon as we came, even before the check in the staff was writing us about the pre-authorisation (i got the same email a few times) and we had to pay it before we even saw the room. Also the staff was very rude and not helpful, the guy was on his phone all the time. Also you have to pay cleaning fee, but they were not cleaning rooms or anything else. There is parking on the pictures and the guy just said that they dont have it and that we have to look for the parking ourselves. For the deposit even after we checked out we didnt get it back even though everything was okay.
