  : The flat doesn't look like on the pictures presented. It's quite damped and chilled, water wasn't even warm. The heaters doesn't work so you cannot warm the place up a little. The bedsheets was kinda damped too and didn't smell well. The place is overpriced in my opinion.

  : What we liked: - cleanness of the room, except some sheets - amazing great terrace - good location - good food places and supermarkets nearby
  : The checkin experience was awful (usually it's not like that, they had problems with the internet). So, in order to get into the apartment you need to get into a building, go in the back yard of that building, then open another door to another building. There ou found the apartment. But in order to get into the building you need to call a phone number when arriving at the location and then the door opens for you, only problem was that the apartment was not connected to the internet (not sure how or why the hosts didn't think this could ever happen) and we literally couldn't get into the building. We tried several times contacting the hosts, they didn't answer. After about 15 minutes of waiting for someones to enter or exit the building so that we could also go in, the host answered but was no help for us as they also couldn't open the door for us because the apartment was not connected to the internet as it should have been. The host said they will send maintenance but it will take them approximately one hour and a half to arrive, so yeah, good thing we didn't just spent a few hours on a plane, through airports and going from the airport to the apartment, we could wait another hour and a half. Anyway, we got into the first building, then in the back garden, then in the second building, all with the help of neighbours from the building. We finally got into the apartment, it was clean and all but some sheets were dirty and the heater didn't work. That was on the first day, now on the day we left, actually right an hour before leaving they asked us to let the boiler installer in so that he could do the overhaul of the boiler...cool, while preparing for checkout we needed to stay there with some stranger. I'm not saying this happens on a daily basis, it most probably was the first time something like this has ever happened to guests checking into and out of the apartment

  : The negative outweighs the good and it is not worth the money. The location was good and the apartment is located in a nice residential area, with nice cafes, restaurants, shops, etc.
  : The place was dirty - for example, there was black mould in the bathroom and spider webs in every corner. The furniture was uncomfortable - for example, the bed was very wobbly and squeaky and the automatic shades got stuck often, preventing us from using the terrace and airing the apartment. Also the host did not want issue a receipt when I paid in full about two months prior to the stay. They issued a receipt for part of the amount I paid only after check-out and when I reminded them.

  : Good communication through WhatsApp.
  : Opening the door a bit complicated, going through few gates and then code was not working. But we solved it in few minutes through online communication. Bed sheets were not prepared and we had to look through all the cabinets to find some. Terrace has a view directly into another building.

  : The location is convenient, the accommodation is three minutes walk from the stop for bus/tram that brings you to the center in 15 minutes.
  : This property has an electronic check in. The instruction how to get to the apartment was sent to us. It was necessary to open three doors before getting to an elevator in the house. We needed to call to specified numbers to get these doors opened. However, for some reason it did not work for us. I called the owner of the apartment who said that someone will help us with opening the doors. For the next 20 minutes, I had a conversation with someone from Cleanbnb via WhatsApp during which he/she texted questions about reservation numbers that we were not aware of or was giving us nonsense commands like "buzz cleanbnb and confirm" or "call FIORENTINI". Without instructions where, how, when, and who is FIORENTINI. To my attempt to directly call the number of Cleanbnb "helper", he/she responded: "I cannot receive voice calls". Because this a la "lost in translation" conversation was lasting for 30 minutes or so, to our luck there were three different people who live in the house and who opened the doors for us. With the help of them we finally got to the actual apartment door (the fourth one!) which should be opened with a code sent. And the code was also not working!!! The "helper" finally asked to sent a picture of the door we are standing at and opened the door remotely after getting the requested picture. Terrible experience in my life! Already in the apartment, we found that so called "hot" water in the shower was cold and was not getting warmer with time. We were forced to continue our conversation with Cleanbnb "helper" during which he/she was giving instructions how to regulate the gas burner. It worked out in this case, but the question is why the regulator was not set properly before our arrival? Was it with the intention that some people would not go for resolving the issue and use that water as was given, i.e. cold one?

  : We had a truly wonderful visit in Milan, and experience during our stay in the rented apartment was also lovely.The location was close to the subway; for us, it was a 10-15 minute walk with a child to one of the two nearest stations on the blue metro line. One transfer, and you're at Milan's Duomo.Despite not having a lot of living space, they have everything necessary for a comfortable non-touristy routine. We were with a two-year-old child, and it's important to note that there isn't a dedicated children's sleeping area or crib in the apartment. However, it wasn't a problem for us. Heating in October was available through the air conditioning system, and it worked well for us.I was also pleased with the support team's work. They are proactive and even in slightly scary situations for tourists like us, such as when someone tried to enter our room, they provided explanations via the support chat, informing us that it was a cleaning staff member who had mistaken the rooms.-Not a Plus or Minus, but to be mentionedIn reviews, they mention difficulties with getting into the room, and indeed, you need to have a card with an active European mobile network or roaming to access the apartment. However, the process is well described in the instructions.
  : The only downside was that in October, the towel drying system in the bathroom was not functioning. The bidet tap and the water flow adjustment in the bathtub need some maintenance. This didn't bother us much. Also, we couldn't figure out how to use the dishwasher, even though there were capsules available (as well as laundry detergent).
