: 1. Good location - quick access to the center by communication; 2. Lots of space in the apartment; 3. Bathroom fully equipped - ok; 4. A fully equipped kitchen; 5. Very good contact with the owner.
: 1. Slightly escaping gas. There was a smell - reported to the owner. 2. An uncomfortable sofa to sleep in the living room.

: Promissed to meet at apartment, but finally asked to come to the office on another street. because i had a car it was additional 10 minutes to drive, but if people don't have a car. there is a problem.
: a lot of time required to wait for hot water. missing equipment for a long stay. No basic bath tools: shampoo ....

: There was no running hot water when using the shower,there was no lift making it difficult to walk up the 3 flights of stairs whilst having a baby with a pram.The neighbours were complaining about the noise because of the baby,but theres nothing we can do to stop the baby from crying its a baby at the end of the day.The apartment wasnt family friendly,the residence were unwelcoming knocking on the door at 12am because of a baby crying and complaining is inappropriate and not comfortable we couldnt enjoy our stay knowing we had to stay silent to not get any complaints. Really should ask for a refund

: Price and location are great if you are looking for a reasonable price apartment in a major city. Good for small group travelling that want more than a hotel room. Check in and out easy.
: Balcony is a small ledge with rail which store mop and bin, cannot go onto it to sit, should not be listed as a feature. The courtyard is not a seating area to relax in, this is 1 of approx 18 tower blocks and the courtyard is just the area you walk through. Therefore overview of Courtyard and a balcony are very misleading in the apartment information. Bins were emptied early morning and was very noisy. There is no lift and 49 stairs to go up. Not enough dining room chairs.More kitchen utensils and a lighter for hob would have been nice. Could do with a little freshen up some damp patches on bedroom wall.
