: Super lovely decorated appartments. Pretty clean. Nicely located. Quite zone. Not in the city center, but very close to metro station. Great support service via WhatsApp.
: Only one thing you have to pay attention: this is an old building without elevator.

: Handing over the keys was a disaster. Despite repeated emails for the exact meeting point, there was no answer. On the day of arrival I could not reach anyone by phone. After a long wait with my suitcase, I had to pick up the key at an agency. Communication was very bad afterwards as well.

: Location is not bad, the metro line is close, 150m, but the neighborhood is not the best.
: The property is on the 3rd floor without elevator. With baby stroller its really uncomfortable.

: The property was beautiful, clean and in a great location for what we needed.
: The hosts were not patient at all, informed we needed to check in and pay extra fees (we didnt know about) the morning of my travel day and when I told them I would check in with an hour or so as I was travelling they were constantly texting me/ boarder line Harassing me asking me to proceed to check in and rang me twice. then the next day after check in they emailed me AND text me on WhatsApp asking for an exact check out time. Even though check out was before 10am! this left us having to rush and pack the night before as we had no time to have a relaxed check out the following morning as you would a normal accommodation/ hotel. Did not enjoy the process of arranging and staying in this beautiful apartment which is a shame!
