  : Breakfast is excellent. Dinner is also lovely and the service is very good. The pool is huge and a wonderful place to while away an afternoon in the sun.
  : The live music is not to our taste - a bit old school. Music at the pool was sometimes too generic. The lido by the sea which the hotel has a connection with is not the best site.

  : The staff are a credit to the hotel - they go above and beyond to help make your stay as perfect as possible. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. There was a tranquility at the hotel despite being mid August.
  : The food is extremely good on the whole but if you chose to base yourself at the hotel and not visit local restaurants the restaurant menu could quickly become a little limited after a few days and probably not ideal for most children although they were very accommodating when asked for alternatives. It is a shame there is not a more atmospheric bar - the bar is really only an adjunct of the reception area with very bright lighting and doesn't really seem to tempt guests in. It was empty after dinner most nights.

  : The resort was beautiful, incredibly relaxing. The staff on reception and in the spa were exceptional. The Spa was fantastic and i enjoyed all of my treatments. The room was large and well decorated.
  : There were elements of the service that were not 5 star quality. The drinks we ordered on a number of occasions were not as described in the menu and when we queried this we were met with blank looks and dismissed. One evening we wanted some gelato at about 10.15pm have returned from a restaurant outside the resort. we were told that the restaurant was closed and this was not possible. We went to the helpful staff on reception and they did find a member of staff who was able to provide us with the service. The bar inside the hotel was not open all the time and the afternoon of our departure we wanted a drink before leaving but were unable to get it from here. When we queried it, there was no offer for someone to get it for us from the pool bar. Whilst these are little things they are what I would expect from a 5 star resort.

  : Gaia, Luisa (from reception) with great tips for tourism and very nice on the attendance, so was Salvatore (from the restaurant). Room was good. Breakfast is great. Dinner very good food.
  : Location - I felt it was a bit far from key tourist points (Marsala, Trapani), although it was easy to get there.We couldn't have food by the pool because they were preparing for an external event. Overprice for the location. Lack of amenities in the room

  : The staff & service are some of the best I've experienced at this type of hotel, the food at the restaurants is top quality, rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the spa facilities are relaxing, spotlessly clean and massages are excellent.
  : Some parts of the hotel look slightly dated, a better use of furniture in some of the communal areas could take this hotel from excellent to exceptional.
