: Very beautiful room, very clean and its main bathroom was great style. Giacomo was very friendly and helpful, he runs his business very professionally. All in all we enjoyed the stay in this excellent house in the exceptional town of Matera.
: A window/door with mosquito net would have been great, as the humidity in the cave room could be bothersome, requiring some direct external air instead of the aircon.

: The room was big, nice and clean, also had a huge beautiful balcony and outdoor sitting. Location is great, just in the center of the Sassi. Excellent service.
: The room didnt include breakfast as was supposed to by the reservation. thats why I have it only 8 stars. They just give few free bottles of water and juice and bars of crackers and cakes. Definitely not a breakfast.

: The cave room was fantastic, offering a truly unique experience, and it was in the perfect location for exploring the Sassi di Matera. While we initially had a bit of trouble finding the place using Google Maps, the host promptly reached out via WhatsApp, shared his location, and guided us down the right path. Furthermore, the room featured a spacious and beautifully designed bathroom with a massive rain shower.
: While the cave room provided a unique experience, a few aspects fell short. The most notable was the disappointing breakfast, as mentioned in previous reviews. It would truly enhance the overall experience if they paid a little more attention to this aspect. I missed having a cappuccino and some fresh bread and fruit. Additionally, there was an unpleasant moldy odor in the otherwise lovely bathroom, which was quite noticeable and detracted from the overall comfort. Perhaps maintaining a mold-free environment can be challenging in such a unique cave dwelling. Furthermore, the bed was positioned quite low to the ground, which might not suit everyone's preference.
