: The room was clean and the bed comfy. For 40 euros in Matera you can't find any better.

: The WiFi was really working and also the tv. The property is really close to the sassi.
: The forniture in the room is very poor and there is not air cooling but an old style little fan. You have only one towel for person and there is only one roll of toilet paper. The wall are dirty and the room is also very hot especially during the first part of the morning. The doors locker was also a sort of homemade thing but it wasnt trustable at all.

: Room was in in walking distance to the famous Sassi. Clean, no frill, great for one or two nights. Car park available in front of house.The host explains the history of the Sassi like a guide and supplies info material. He even drove me around to show me what I had missed the day before. Thank you.
: was a bit difficult to find at first but communication was very good.
