: Room is nice decorated and sheets were clean. The fact that we had parking free of charge in front of the building.
: The host was a bit rude, at least this is my feeling. We knew that we booked a small room, so we assume, he was somehow surprised we booked the "piccolina". Even DB room, we had only 1 big towel in the bathroom. Bathroom is old and the shower didnt inspire me too much hygiene. Is located next to the main road and during the night is a bit noisy due to traffic.

: needed an affordable place to stay overnight while on the room and that's what I got - and more. Keeper does not speak English, but we came along well. For italian standards, breakfast was sumptuous.
: For dinner, there are few options, and all require to walk 500-1000m along a busy road without sidewalk.

: The hosts were most helpful, the location is central to visit Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio and Torre del Lago. We went to Pisa via a small coastal road. Saw the opera La Bohme in Torre del Lago and had an excellent dinner in the nearby restaurant L Oliveta. All because of the central location.

: Owner waited for us as we arrived late off the ferry and gave us indications to a nearby restaurant with precaution not to walk since the road was dangerous for pedestrians. The owner was monosyllabic but did warm up the next morning and provided advice to travelling in Tuscany. The location is good as a base to visit the area. Free car parking spots off the road just in front of the house is a plus, as is the proximity to the highway.
: Breakfast was poor, mainly wrapped biscuits and biscottes. There were croissants and chocolate cake but not good quality. No fruit, but there was a yoghurt. The house is old and quite interesting, with trompe-l'oeil murals. But it clearly has not been renovated for a long time. So if you're looking for an old style, just about comfortable enough night, this is your place. We thought it a little expensive for what it offered compared to other places.

: Good location, nice building and big room, comfortable bed. Free parking.
: The room was noisy at breakfast time, the door isnt soundproof. There wasnt any glasses in the room.
