: Great location surrounded by nature, very relaxing. The apartment is quite large, the staff is friendly and the pool is awesome. You can reach beautiful beaches within 30 minutes (also good spots for dogs!). We had a blast, too bad it's over already!
: Some of the appliances needed a bit of maintenance and we could have used an extra roll of toilet paper in the room. Although these are small details and the staff promptly addressed them upon request.

: Our vacation was a complete succes. We felt so welcome and the location was beautiful. We spent most our nights drinking wine in the perfectly kept yard. Our host was available at any time and helped us out a lot. Thx!
: It would have been nice if it was a bit more clear how the studio rooms looked. We loved our stay but were surprised to see a different room then we expected.

: I have mixed feelings about this property. I never left a terrible review, but here it is. Ill start from the good: the excellent property location and the surrounding Tuscan fields are superb. Sadly, there is so much greenery surrounding the property that you cannot see the beauty of the Tuscany scenery. The pool was nice too.
: The bad: There was no mobile service at all. I mean, you get none. And WiFi is terrible, practically non-existent. So you are cut out of the world. I had to drive away from the property to make a call. The property has no air conditioning, so either you keep all your windows shut and stay in the dark (light is minimal in the room) to keep cool or let the mosquitos in (though it might have been our mistake, we didnt check the description for air conditioning). Other stuff is also lacking, e.g. there was no hand soap. Even though the apartment had a kitchen, it had no cutting board, knife, or essential ingredients like salt, pepper, or oil. Providing tea or coffee with sugar also was not included in the owners plans.

: Very good spot , near Follonica, immerse in the nature , old stone structure totally renovated, with swimming pool in case you want to get some refreshment. Quite and relaxing.

: Very friendly and accomodating hosts and some beautiful old houses in the countryside. At night you can see loads of stars since the sky is so clear. The apartment was very clean and had lots of space. Not too far from the beaches by car, that's why we didn't try the pool. There's no ventilation or AC but temperatures at night were still comfortable.
: Only downside was that there was no warm water in the shower at night and no hairdryer.
