  : very good and very clean flat.very large and good for families with two large bedrooms, big living room and a very good kitchen good for a long stay holida .very quite location and cycle route to city center just in front of the house.

  : Very clean and large , very comfortable property located near the center of Mantova. We could use the bikes available and it included child seat which was great to take our daughter along. Breakfast was packaged food (not fresh) due to covid restrictions but enough selection of pastries , yoghurt and others. Only downside was that the bed was not super comfortable.
  : We did not pay for extra AC so the night was pretty hot. Also , be aware of mosquitoes in the summer, bring repellent.

  : This was a lovely apartment and would be perfect for a couple who speaks the language and has realistic expectations. The host/owner tried to be patient, kind, hospitable and accommodating up to a point.
  : Six days into a road trip I was tired & frustrated w/poor road conditions, aggressive, reckless drivers and consistent disappointments w/lodgings. I arrived frustrated, admit that I was rude & had little patience. I realize that much of my experience was due to my own unmet expectations even though I have lived in Europe for 5 years, have traveled and have used booking.com often.- The address for the property was not 'found' in my cars GPS. I drove past 3 times. I had to park, get out & use Google maps on my phone to locate the property.- The property is located in an industrial area behind two busy garages on a gravel "road" on the outskirts of town. There is a small sign on the road pointing to the property entrance.- This is not a traditional B&B. It is a private residence (behind a locked gate) with an upstairs apartment. Breakfast was what could be found on own in the kitchen.- The description on booking.com says that there is on-site parking. There is no parking space. I was told to park outside the gate on the gravel entrance near the busy industrial garage.- The booking.com description lists English as the first language spoken. The host does not speak English but relies on a nephew who was not present. She did call a neighbor to help while I waited outside in the heat.- The booking.com description list credit cards as a payment option. Apparently the owner/host was having difficulties with their bank and would only accept cash.- The booking.com description lists AC as available but beware...read the fine print...it is only available at a daily surcharge. When I asked to have it turned on the host pointed at a wall unit downstairs. She had to call the neighbor back over and then go upstairs and turn on the unit herself.- At this point I tried to cancel the reservation & leave. The host literally locked me in & blocked the door until the neighbor came back.

  : One of most spacious apartments we slept in during our 3-week trip, very generously decorated with well equipped kitchen. Windows facing the garden.
  : A bit odd location with rather uninviting surroundings. Not perfectly isolated from the rest of the house, allowing you to hear your hosts and their guests if they decide to talk into late night.

  : Exceptionally clean and well furnished large apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Free goods provided for breakfast. Quiet area.
  : Although hostess, Francesca, is super friendly and cheerful, she speaks zero English, which may be problem for some travelers. House access is between two industrial units which is odd and gives a wrong impression when arriving. Access for parking inside the yard through the gate is very tight for larger cars like SUVs. Bushes need some trimming to allow the gate to be fully open.

  : Everything. Francesca was very kind and gentle. The house is pretty big and very charming. All clean and with a wonderful smell. For sure we will be back there.
  : We just missed a washing machine. But everything else was perfect.

  : We've been here a few years ago, and nothing changed: it's still an excellent accommodation, a large apartment, clean, quiet, comfortable and welcoming. Kitchen is fully furnished for breakfast, and everything is at guests' disposal. Free bikes are available, which are the best way to move in Mantua. Francesca is overly kind and made us feel truly at home.
