Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Residenza Grazia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
