: It was immaculate. Lara & Elena went out of their way to be of help! Even Marina, the lady who cleaned our room did an exceptional job!
: The amount of stairs to room 8 was difficult for us, senior citizens.

: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved that they had bicycles free to use as we wanted (we used them one night for a ride around the wall).
: My biggest complaint is the smell in the property and especially our room. The hotel uses a very strong floral scent that appears to be coming from the vents. It was a problem for me if you are sensitive to smells (candles shops, strong candles, perfumes), this is going to be a deterrent for you. We also had to take the lift to the second floor, then climb three sets of steep cement steps to get to our room. We were on the top floor and the room was a loft so bedroom was up a flight then 5 or 6 additional cement steps to get to the bathroom! Id shared prior to our stay that we are 60+ and my husband just had surgery so the few days there were a struggle. The morning breakfast was simple but good.
