  : Appartment was very cold on arrival, needed full day to warm up. No hot water and heating during one day.

  : The keys were in the door of the chalet already. We only had to do check-in formalities in the Hotel (the owner) which is located in Livigno (about 10 minutes by car). At departure we just had to leave the keys in the door, as we found them and there was no need to pass by the Hotel again. We occupied apartments 1 and 2. Both have one bedroom each, with two single beds and in the "living room+kitchen" area there is a sofa-bed which is alright for children (i do not recommend it for adults). The kitchen is set-up nicely and the dishwasher worked well. About 2 minutes drive from the chalet there is a small store which has fresh bread each morning.
  : The sofa-bed is fine for kids but quite uncomfortable for adults. When we were there (Jan.2020) the towels we had were thin as paper.

  : Good location, very close to ski lifts. Apartment was good, small but as expected. It was enough for us as we went for skiing so weren't in that much. It would be good if an owner would supply apartment with standard kitchen and other necessities such as toilet paper, dishwasher liquid, kitchen cloth etc. But all of other stuff was very good. Livigno is worth a visit.

  : Nice, Quiet place. Free parking. Small food-store close the house. Fantastic mounting view around. Fully equipped kitchen. 8km to city center. By car takes 15-20 min.
  : Dinted mattress got some trouble. Was not clear how to run radiators to dry cloths/boots

  : We rent apartment with one bedroom in Chalet Genny on bottom floor. It was clean and works fine for family with 2 children. Even if we could miss more space, it was completely ok. Comfort completely ok for the price, pillows are preety hard, but depends how you like it. Functional kitchen with almost everything you need. There is ski boots dryer in the basement. Ski link bus stops nearby as well, so no problem with transport to ski area. With car it takes 10min. to Carosello, otherwise very close to Trepalles both lifts.It is very quiet as well.
  : Could be more comfy pillows and chairs in the kitchen.

  : - warm an cozy- quiet- enough parking places and ski room- flexible check in (we arrived late)
  : - we would have appreciated more of the basics (toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, soap)

  : The location was very nice. Near the slopes (even though they were up the hill). There were shops and restaurants within a walking distance. The area was very quiet. It was easy to park the car near the property. We also appreciate the ski bus that came all the way to the house. Even though only a few times a day.
  : It would have been nice if there was someone at the property to contact in case you needed something - like extra toiletries, etc. Even though the ski bus was very convenient, it didn't always show up.
