  : The hotel is set on the hillside and offers a stunning view over Limone which looks especially beautiful at night. It is a short 3-4 minute walk down the hill to the Limone boat pier and the narrow streets dotted with shops and restaurants, perfect for meandering along. It is a big hotel that provides an excellent selection of good quality food for breakfast and dinner, as well as a decent lunch. After dinner entertainment is available on some nights which is lively and has a good turn out. The view and the location of this hotel are unbeatable.
  : Although we had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake which was absolutely lovely, the room and bathroom were a tiny bit small but that did not effect the enjoyment of our stay.

  : This was a nice place with wonderful, helpful staff, but I certainly can't agree with it's 4 star rating. We had just stayed at a beautiful 5 star hotel in Stresa on lake Maggorie that was truly a spectacular 5 star hotel and when we arrived here we were not too impressed for a hotel with 4 stars. The check in area was attractive and the place is very clean but our room was in a second building "The new building"? Took the elevator to 4th floor down and walked through a corridor to the pool area which took us to the second building where our room was.The room was clean, beds were comfortable and there's a small T.V with limited channels. A small fridge, no mini bar and we had plenty of space for our clothes. A basic bathroom with a very tiny 3 foot by 3 foot shower which was uncomfortable. There's a small sink with a wall shelf, but not enough space to leave our toiletry bags and there's only one wall hook for a robe or towel. A/C is terrible, room is too warm.There was a nice buffet breakfast with plenty of seating and the food was decent, but things were not quickly replenished. The juice was empty on several tries and the coffee machines were out of options at times. The fruit trays were often empty ans well as the fried eggs tray, so just expect these situations at breakfast time.Near the pool area there are steps to take you to a walkway that brings you to lots of shopping and restaurants as well as commuter boats and rental boats if you want to get out on the lake . We did rent a small boat with a 40 hp engine for 1 1/2 hours for $140 euros and it was well worth it, we had a nice time seeing other areas of the lake from the water.Overall this was a nice hotel, but I would have a hard time giving it a 3 star rating and don't know how it could possibly be rated for 4.
  : The shower was tiny and uncomfortable. The Room is too warm even with A/C at lowest setting, (I think it's typical of the area). Limited T.V stations. No mini bar. Buffet breakfast did not keep up with demand.There's no way I could call this a 4 star hotel.

  : Location very good live music very nice
  : Im only 5ft tall and I struggled to have a shower, my husband is tall and he really struggled the cubical was so small you banged your elbows whilst washing and you could not bend to wash your legs and feet as you banged your head on the glass cubicle, the room was small and dark and very dated.

  : The location is beautiful with spectacular views from the terrace overlooking the lake. The buffet evening meal was good value with a good variety on offer. The pedestrian exit to Limone is very handy meaning it's only a 5 minute walk to the promenade by the lake. The poolside snack bar is very nice.
  : Parking is a challenge so it would be helpful to have staff available to direct you on arrival. It was a long way from reception to our room and a complicated route. There were no staff to help with carrying our luggage, which would have been nice, especially after negotiating the parking!
