  : Breakfast was OK. Location quite good.
  : Not really a good experience. They wanted to cheat us and give us a bungalow next to a parking place instead of room we requested and paid for (hotel room). After strugling with the receptionist they decided to give us proper room.They had room for us but tried to make us parking place gurads:-D And that is not nice.

  : I thought it was a bit strange to not be able to have own beverages in the pool area. Dinner at the restaurant was really expensive. Everyone thought we were German which we aren't.

  : The town of Limone is a great location.Hotel: Rooms were very clean, pools were good and clean. Breakfast was ok: there are 2 separate breakfast restaurants which were similar (eg. one restaurant had a constant trays of scrambled eggs and the other had a chef who freshly prepared omelettes, but you had to queue up to 30 minutes for them.
  : In the bathroom, the shower & toilet areas were restricted. The shower cabin was so small, that you needed to be a yoga guru to be able to clean your feet, an any "bigger" person would have difficulty sitting on the "throne".

  : Location (10-15 minutes walk to the center, steep-ish on the way back, but more peaceful than staying closer to the busy center). Beautiful view over the lake. Smaller and more quiet pool by the bar area.
  : Overpriced.Huge hotel with guests from travel agencies (eg. TUI). Big pool is loud, full of children and there is entertainment animation most of the day. We should have assumed this from the numbers of sunbeds on the pictures. Otherwise nothing indicates this is not a place where you can really relax.Deposit (only in cash, not able to put it on bank card) for swimming towel (this is actually acceptable), key to the safe in the room (should switch to safes with codes guests can set themselves).Were denied to borrow 2 wine glasses. Only plastic glasses in the rooms. No serving by the pool. If you are not consuming in the bar (that is right where the smaller pool is), all drinks come in paper& plastic glasses. Zero environmental friendliness.Loud room (Villa Lucia) with bad isolation, could hear water going down, talk in the neighboring room and corridor.Stressful breakfast, waiters take your plate right after the last bite is gone.Same selection of food for breakfast every day (ate 4 times outside - have no idea why its called Italian restaurant..).
