: Appartment is spacious, with two big bedrooms and comfortable beds and pillows. Two balconies are very big, under the trees, perfect for dining. The location of the appartment is excellent, quiete, close to the beach, far away from town crowd where you can get by car in 5-10 minutes. The parking in the shadow.
: That bad linens and towels weren't included in the price. Wifi in the appartment was not so good, it was not constant and didn't cover all rooms. Wifi on the beach was not good as well, sometimes just wouldn't let ypu connect.

: We spent only a week in the apartment and hardly slept at night. Soundproofing is not real, you can hear what the neighbors are doing across two floors. Therefore, we initially asked to accommodate us on the top floor. But the agency did not respond to our request. We had to sleep all vacation in earplugs. In addition, smoking neighbors create an unrealistic stench, so spending vacation in Lignano apartments with closed windows.

: Very nice location, clean apartment
: There is a 100 cash deposit for the TV and AC remote, which you must return to the office on the day you leave. This means you can't leave until the office is open (I.e. not an early morning leave) or you need to return them the day before, which means no TV or AC on your last night. The office is also a few kilometres away, so you need to drive there, you can't just take a small walk. When leaving you also need to return the keys to the office, instead of just leaving them in the apartment, which they are supposed to clean up anyway, so it seems pointless.
