  : We booked 2 triple rooms - no refund option. 20 minutes before our arrival the lady informed me that one of our rooms is not availble because of water leak. I was asked to stay in one room, of course it was not possible since we had 4 children and we do need 2 rooms. After our arrival we was informed that none of our rooms is not available despite the fact that we had confirmed booking with booking.com. There was huge argument because lade at the reception seems to be not worried about our situation. She confirmed that hotel is fully booked and there no chance for any room even single bed. There is only one conclusion that be aware of booking hotel REX since you can not be sure if your room will be available and you will have place to stay. Finally someone helped us to find a place in the hotel that has lower star category, lower rating and smaller rooms - so I had sleep on the floor. I'm using booking.com for many years, had Genius II status and this kind of situation happen first time in my life.

  : Nice location with everything in wakling distance as it should be. We did not try the beach because the in-house pool was too convinient and just a few steps outside of our room. Breakfast was terrific with lots of choice and until late. The hotel manager was extremely friendly and made a lot of personal effort in providing guests a comfortable and relaxing stay
  : The room keys are a bit quirky ... takes patience to figure out the process to get into the room :-)
