  : Breckfast was OK.
  : The Hotel using in his advetisement, that they have a heated pool. This is not thrue, the pool is not heated, but it is diry, they do not clean it for days. We have chosen this hotel only because the pool is heated. We had cold days in our holiday period and we would be please to use the pool, but it was incredible cold. When we asked about pool heating, they told us, that they will ask the management to heat the pool, but nothing happened. I do not recommand this Hotel.

  : Pool was not so big but my sons love it as it's not too busy, however, have enough deep pool, and jacuzzi area for fun and enough free day bed without reservation. - pool bar drinks or food / pizza served to your pool sunbed. Most of the drinks came with chips and canape bite food. Nice cocktails. - free welcome drinks, a glass each for 4 of us (we got wine, hugo, cola, apple juice, water) thank you so much - free beach chairs, beach towels - friendly staffs - Excellent breakfast, egg stations (omelette, fried egg, scrambled), egg boiling station, fresh orange juice squeezer AND another one fruit&vegetable juicer machine extractor with variety choices ie carrots, celery, green apple, ginger, etc. - Excellent location, supermarket right in the front, so many restaurants nearby and kids arcades, play area. - parking onsite outdoor or garage - 2 lifts, one near reception and one at the back near kitchen/garage exit which we oftenly used after come back from the pool straights to room. - great showers
  : Price is a bit high (we pay >4xx / night for 2 adults+2 young kids) for junior suite with partial seaview room but I assume we pay for location and good services. - Checkout until 10:00 I found it's early, while breakfast until 10:30. So on the last day we need to rush to checkout first while the rest of family eating breakfast. - Egg stations some days were chaos as you can order to the staffs or order directly to the egg girl. And because not all plate were labeled so somebody tooked our omelette and it never come to our table. The next day was better with the egg man. I recommend to make the egg order small sheet paper, so it's clear which order for whom.

  : very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, working AC, clean, opposite of a small super market, close to the next bus stop, very good breakfast.
  : I couldnt reserve a parking place. Once you arrive, they check if there was parking on site. Luckily it was.

  : The hotel is crap. The only positive things are: The hotel has a nice dinner restaurant with an exciting menu and an excellent senior waiter. The pool area is nice, and a good beach is in front of the hotel. One of the sun chairs on the balcony to our room was damaged, the wash basin was leaking and the water tank in the in-room coffee machine was green with algae. We raised this to the reception three times but nothing happened we gave up. Cleaning of the room was superficial. WiFi was periodically so slow that it was useless. Noise isolation between rooms and corridors is zero. Breakfast service is very slow and 50% of the orders for coffee or eggs ended up with something else than we ordered. Expect to wait 30 minutes for your breakfast. Except for the senior waiter, we never saw any manager in the hotel, and when I for the third time complained about the defences in the room to the reception and asked to talk to the manager, the receptionist told me that the manager would come later and contact me. Nothing happened. The beach is advertised as a private beach but actually, it is a public beach where the hotel rent sun chairs for you. We were a family of a total of three but the sun chairs on the beach are in groups of two and the reception would only give us free tickets for two chairs. We would have to pay 22 Euro per day to have a third sun chair. At check-out it was not possible to check the single items of your purchases at the restaurant, bar etc. as it is just shown as a lump sum on your bill and the reception would have to find the individual vouchers and call a bookkeeper to do that. In short: The nice pool area, excellent beach and fine dining restaurant are positive - all the rest is a disaster and the staff do not care at all.

  : dirty sheets, we asked for change, but after 21:00 they just checked in without giving service. although they say they are 4 stars. We slept without sheets. Also, we asked for 1 more blanket - no one can bring it to us. mildew under A/C in the room dirty floor. Without sleepers, it's disgusting to step. Key from the room didn't work, in the evening security walked with us to open a door with his key. in the morning they tried to fix a key, and we said it was not a key, it was the locker broken, they didn't believe so we should go back and force to prove it. Although security last night saw the locker was broken. Beach towels to change to clean 1 cost $3. Whaaaat? and they are very old and Definitely, the worst hotel I have ever staid in Italy.
