: Student dormitory, noise, stench in the room and in the corridor, hair in the bathroom, the interior is very worn, far from the historical center, free parking on the street or private parking for extra money, we were not warned about this in advance.

: location was friendly with a lot of open spaces . prime location in terms of availability of restaurants.
: Room was too small. Breakfast quantity was too meager. For a b&b its expected to have a good breakfast spread included. pure disappointment.

: Very friendly check-in. We were travelling by bike and since the public parking wanted to charge us 10 Euro each for one night, we were allowed to place our bikes in the apartment.
: However the room was much smaller than the ones on the pictures. The kitchen is not usable since there are no plates or pans. Breakfast consisted of a voucher for a cafe next to the house and was typically italien: coffee and one pastry. I'd love to give a better rating because the owner was really friendly, but the pictures just don't match the reality. Food pictures suggest there is a breakfast buffet and the room was quite narrow.
