  : Beautiful location. Lovely and very helpful staff.
  : Very small swimming pool often dirty. Although we booked an economy double for 3 nights at 348 I wasn't expecting such a small room and tiny bathroom. Our room was behind and detached from the hotel itself. However not so bad overall.

  : We had a lovely and pleasant stay during our vacation. The crew was friendly and helpful. The view on the lake was amazing, the terras on the roof was far above our expectation: wonderful! Breakfast was also oke. The douche was unfortunately to small to score high, less comfortable experience. The toilet and the sink might need a renovation as both doesnt flush properly. Overall, I would strongly recommend this place and is worth repeating.

  : The hotel itself is unique and has character, set on a hill outside Lazise with a nice roof terrace with views of the lake. Our double room in the main building on the second floor had a pleasant lake view and was very clean. Breakfast was adequate and the staff were happy to help.
  : The room temperature could not be controlled manually from inside the room which was a litttle frustrating and we had to request the air con to be increased. The bathroom was tiny & we had some difficulty using the sink without getting water everywhere. With it being an older property the soundproofing was not great & other guests could be heard next door. Property is located off the road however it is a busy road and you can hear traffic. The property is within 25 min walking distance of lazise but this is along a road without pavement. You really need a car, bicycle or scooter to get here as taxis are expensive and hard to find and there is no bus service on the road the hotel is on.
