  : Beautiful example of reuse of an old industrial structure. The site is run with great hospitality by a very relaxed and friendly family. The bar / restaurant with is really an addition. Amazing view over the Tuscan hills. Enough privacy in and around the apartments and the swimming pools.

  : The wonderful staff more than anything - they were simply fantastic on all fronts. Also - the stunning setting and great location as well as lovely apartments.
  : A more traditional style swimming pool would have been perfect. Also - nets on the windows would make a very big difference.

  : We have been really happy of our 2 nights in this great property ! Enrico was super kind, professional and very available ! The apartment with living room kitchen, bathroom, big terrace and nice view on the Tuscan fields was nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast buffet, on demand, was good and with the good and fresh products. And the staff is always nice and smiling ! The swimming pool was still open but it was too cold for us ;) The large parking open at all hours is a plus. We recommended for short or long stay in a calm and charming place.

  : Nice, cosy and authentic Tuscan appartement. Spacious and quiet estate, including a restaurant with delicious pizza. The estate has a charging station that works well which is a huge benefit for EV driver, considering the very poor charging facilities in Italy. Although you definitely need a car, the accommodation is still enabling you to visit beautiful villages and cities within 45 minutes / 1 hour drive. Also close to great wineries such as Sembolini and Villa la Ripa. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
  : There is one very big disadvantage and unfortunately difficult to solve for the staff, but as quiet the estate is, how noisy the road situated at the other side of the building. It is a small road in between buildings and literally two meters next to your bed. It is quiet in the evening and during the night, but starting at 5:00, cars are driving by with a ridiculous speed. We are used to noise, as we are living in the city center of Utrecht, but were sleeping with ear plugs and still getting awake. Also, the appartements are quite noisy. We can imagine that especially during peak season you can have issues with neighbors noise.Furthermore a suggestion to improve in case people are staying for more than one week as we did. We understand it is not a hotel, but one set with two towels per person for a full week is insufficient and not hygienic. There is a possibility to rent additional towels or use the washing machine but everything with additional costs. If this is the location preferred approach then it should be better indicated at the site(such that you can anticipate by bringing own towels.) Furthermore, the house is not cleaned during your stay, but it also does not have a vacuum cleaner or cleaning tools to do it yourself. After two weeks, we felt the appartement was dirty and really needed to get cleaned.The estate includes various fruit and nut trees and vegetables, but nothing is done with it. During other stays at agriturismos or Masserias in Tuscany and Puglia food of the own estate was promoted and used. When doing so, the accommodation can boost a bit more of the agriturismo feeling we were currently missing.

  : We came as a two couples late night and the staff greeted us warmly and the whole check-in process was fast & easy.The apartment itself is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and has a very authentic feel to it.The apartment was fit with kitchen and shower utilities.The staff was very friendly, well-mannered and professional.Breakfast was great and gives a very good value for its moneys worth.
  : The towels were a bit smelly, maybe they should switch to another detergent ;).It was very hot for me personally, not really a con but it would be useful to had remote for the AC in our apartment, couldnt find it anywhere.
