Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 12 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children from 4 years old to 11 years old stay for 50% of the adult rate per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 12 years old and over stay for 80% of the adult rate per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Schlosshof Charme Resort – Hotel & Camping in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. The latest possible check-in is 23:00.

Please note that the bowling alleys are available at extra cost.

Please note that access to the wellness area is open from 16.00 until 19:00. Children under 16 years cannot access the wellness area.

Pets are allowed upon request, with an extra charge of EUR 11 per night. Please note that pets are not admitted in the swimming pool and in the garden area.
