  : The host was very nice and helpful with our luggage, taxi etc. I don't think they realized how loud they are. Well italian people are loud in general lol. But they kept screaming table in italian, meaning the dishes are ready for that table. Our room was next to their restaurant. We had a difficult time falling asleep. But it was great otherwise. Breakfast was available every morning. Lots of it coffee juice and lots of pastries. Very, very nice people

  : We stayed one night at La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre.Bella Napoli Guesthouse is very close to the central station and the Trattoria has amazing food.we didn't choose tis option but we would definitely suggest half board choices.

  : The room was surprisingly modern and renovated. There was a double bed, a twin bed and a desk. The bathroom was a good size with a large walk-in shower. It was nice to have breakfast in the restaurant in the morning and the lady serving us was very nice. She didn't seem to speak any English but it's not necessary when you're just saying your coffee order and saying greetings and thank you in Italian.The hotel was 7 min walk from the train station so it was a good location. Despite the outside part of the restaurant being directly outside our window, it wasn't very loud and it didn't disturb us at all.
  : The Wifi didn't work at all and the hotel made no efforts to fix it even when we contacted them multiple times about it. It would have been nice to be able to choose the breakfast items to eat because everyone was given the same platter and I saw a lot of food wasted.

  : Good location. 6 or 7 minutes walk from train station. 10 or 12 minutes walk from town centre. Adjoining restaurant offered good food at a reasonable price with prompt service. Wide choice of pizza plus pasta and salads. Breakfast was included - coffee with bread, cheese, jam, pastries. Friendly staff.
  : Room was fairly basic but acceptable.
