: This is a very pleasant apartment to stay in near the train station. Perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre! The bed was comfortable, the room perfectly clean and the host was super friendly, giving advice and checking in on how we were regularly.
: The doors buzz very loudly when you enter so you might wake with a fright if you have late returning neighbours. I suggest ear plugs! The exit sign in the room also gives off a lot of light which might disrupt a light sleeper. Keep in mind the early check out time when booking.

: Valentina was an incredible host, very kind and attentive. She even left a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge as a welcome gift. The place was spotless and I had a really comfortable stay there. You couldn't ask for a better location too! literally 5min walk to the train station. Makes it so much better for those day trips around Cinque Terre. Highly recommend staying at this place!
: Probably a bit later check-out would be useful as 9am is a little bit too early. Most of airbnb's and hotel allow to stay at least until 11am.

: We really enjoyed our stay at Beautiful Dream in La Spezia, which was our base for exploring Cinque Terre by train. Our room was comfortable and had air conditioning, which was very welcome in the August heat. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Our host Valentina was very pleasant and communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is superb - less than five minutes from the train station and just a bit further from the historical center. The rooms are high enough above the street, which is not very busy in itself, so our room was nice and quiet.
: Checkout at 9:00 seems very early. We would have preferred to check out later, especially since we were transferring to another town, which was about 1.5 hours away by train, and check-in at our next hotel was not until 15:00.

: Location was good, very near to the station, the host very frinedly and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable
: Wifi was not working well and the soundproof was very low, so we could hear everything from the neighbours' room
