  : Location was great, daily cleaning service, air conditioning and easy to use system.
  : Not the hotel's fault, but because of the location parking was a challenge and the drop off of bags/collection of bags was not always easy do to street markets. Be prepared to walk with luggage.

  : Really great location right on the piazza in Iseo. Close to everything. Will be back. Spacious and well appointed.
  : Getting in and out of the restricted town area with your car is a pain. Free parking is a fair walk away. Piazza can get noisy of an evening. Could do with a dryer in addition to the washing machine.

  : The suites are managed by the local Hotel Ambra. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its clear that care has been taken to develop the rooms to a high standard. The suite included a sink, microwave, washing machine, indoor clothesline, hot plate, and fridge. The Wi-Fi worked well and was reliable. It was possible to make a nice meal. The suite includes a maid service, who very kindly washed the dishes I had left in the sink for later! The location is close to the lakeside and the pier for the ferry to Monte Isola is a very short walk. Theres also a good supermarket within walking distance. Iseo itself is a lovely town and an excellent base to explore the lake with easy connections to the other towns using the ferry, train and buses.
  : The room is very well equipped and the staff are excellent but unfortunately the location is very noisy. The suite has a private entrance located on an alleyway leading off piazza garibaldi in the centre of Iseo. Its a thoroughfare so theres a steady stream of people walking by to the piazza, which has plenty of good bars and restaurants, and loud music! The party does stop around midnight. The room also has a lot of light during the night as there is only a curtain for the main window but not the smaller frosted window on the entry door. It is excellent to have everything nearby but you can expect to be woken every morning at 7:00 to the sound of bottles crashing when the trash is taken out from the restaurant next door. I dont like to leave bad reviews but unfortunately I cant recommend staying here if you want a good nights sleep.
