  : The grounds were well kept and the shared entry space was decorated nicely. The room was a good size and bed was comfy. Continental breakfast was nice. Close drive to Fraschetta and Arricia, if thats your destination. Good value especially if you are traveling with family and need more than one room.
  : Booking claims there is a pool, restaurant and bar, not true. There might be a restaurant (?) but it was closed (seasonally or permanently, I dont know). The entrance to the hotel is through a tiny narrow gate and path, which was very tight for our car rental. Its a little hard to find, so you wont see the hotel from the street. You definitely need a car to stay here. Air conditioning was poor, and thankfully it wasnt super hot so we opened the windows.

  : Setting is beautiful and public rooms have lovely furnishings and atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable.
  : Bathroom had rusty shower leaving doubts about cleanliness. The garden furniture was dirty - mouldy cushions and nothing had been swept.
