: Slow wifi at times. Place for two comfortable sunbeds, garden too little to be in the sun with the four of us at the same time.

: Location and kitchen was great. Outdoor area would be terrific in warmer weather.
: We couldn't figure out how to use the heat and it was very cold! The sofa/living space was in the kitchen. I wasn't aware of this. So other than at the kitchen table you only had seating for 2 people. In warmer weather you would be outside but it was chilly and we were inside.

: We were met at the property and shown around by the very friendly owner. Once we'd arrived at the property everything was smooth. The property is well equipped and quiet, despite being very close to all amenities and restaurants in Greve and the main S222 Chiantigiana road from Florence to Siena. We enjoyed trying the BBQ grill and sitting in the outdoor area with the cats for company. Netflix was useful to have, too.
: Our only difficulty was in finding the house. It is, just as described, 5 minutes walk from the main square (really easy once you know how!) but Google Maps does not recognise the address and sends you way beyond Montefioralle. An Australian couple spoke to us, whilst also looking for their rental accommodation, and said their car Navigation system had done the same. A simple map or directions would be really useful.
