WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 17 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People 3 years old and over stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates. Heating is not included and costs EUR 5 per day from 15/04/2022 to 15/10/2022.

It is mandatory to leave kitchen area clean as it was found, if not additional cleaning cost will be charged on guest.

Guests can find instructions about waste sorting in every room of the property.

For late check-ins (19.00-24.00) guests will be charged an additional cost of 50 EUR. If guest arrive later than time previosly indicated, he will be charged for an additional cost of 100 EUR. All the late check-ins requests will have to be confirmed from the property first.

Check-in outside reception hours is only possible if arranged in advance with the property.
