  : Hygiene in the rooms was impeccable.

  : The only silver lining during our stay in Genoa was our visit to the stunning Portofino! I'm genuinely thrilled that we seized the opportunity to experience this true gem.
  : Our arrival at the hotel was met with an unexpected hiccup a mistake in the online booking resulted in a single premiere room instead of the double room we had anticipated. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, leaving us in a bit of a bind. To accommodate us, they provided a non-renovated room on the ground floor, which seemed less than ideal for any guest. The room's extreme age and condition left much to be desired, and it was evident that this was probably not a room meant for guest stays. However, it's worth noting that the situation did improve the following day. They offered us a better room, which we appreciated. Nevertheless, the initial experience had already impacted our overall enjoyment during our time in Genoa.

  : We stayed for one night, the room did the trick. The staff are friendly. To get the to the centre it is a quick 15 min walk. We took the buses eventually, the beaches were quite far, 40 min walk :). The rooms were renovated so it was great.
  : Only Italian tv channels - we only wanted to watch something at night or the international news in the morning. Breakfast can be really improved. It is minimal. Parking existed but quite an adventure

  : Modern rooms and bathrooms, very clean, confortable. Parking was a challenge, but the employees helped us and we appreciated its existence and, because it is a rare thing in the city.
  : The neighborhood did not seem friendly to me, however, we went out to eat in the evening and it was ok. One of the receptionists didn't speak English and we had a hard time understanding each other, but we managed it.
