: The property is very nice, very clean and comfortable. It's very well equipped for a long stay. The location is fantastic! near Siena, San Gimignano and more. Certaldo is a beautiful old town, only 10 min away. Gina welcomed us very warmly and helped us when we needed to see a doctor. Highly recommended for families with young children.
: Some days the Wi-Fi didn't work

: Not too big a place. Big spacious apartment in two levels. One king and one queen bed. Two showers. Dish- and laundry machine. Wi-fi connection. Nice shaded terrasse. perfect for four adults. Giaccomo and his family is very friendly. Make sure to ask when the local marketdays are in town and for other hints. Certaldo: Wednesday. Castelfiorentino: Tuesdays.PoI:,Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Rada, Greve.Make sure to book your dining place one day in advance, its crowded everywhere in July and August. Dont go to Spiagge Bianche south of Livorno, its heavily poluted. The sand is bleached white by chemical from neary industry !
: 500m from road SR429, where trucks are heard, but after a few days you dont notice. Passing through an industrial area on the way to Podere Casalsole. The small dirt road G. Mazzini, in front is un-managed and could give access to some nice trips up-hill in to the N-E vineyards area.

: This place was so clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus. WiFi incredible, along with the amenities in the kitchen. Would come back again, and telling my friends about this place. The owner was warm and welcoming.

: The location is perfect for short trips throughout Tuscany. Perfect ammenities for long trips such as washing machine, dishwasher and a very complete kitchen. The pool was great for the hotter days and it has good sitting area. The house itself is comfortable and spacious, ideal for 2 couples for example.

: Nice host, a lot of space to relax in front of the buildings, a nice swimming pool, the possibility of grilling. A few minutes by car to the supermarket and the train station.
: A few little things. One of the bathrooms a bit small, no hangers. In the rooms, not all wardrobes had shelves. It would be useful to review the operation of all doors. The roof on the terrace could be waterproof.
