  : The location and grounds were lovely. The room was adequately clean.
  : It took the receptionist 1.5 hours to appear after the check-in time of 3:00pm. The unfriendly receptionist took a copy of our passports and left it in full view on the copier. The air conditioning did NOT work and we were told that it broke that morning. When I went through past reviews I discovered that it had be broken for over 2 weeks. I asked for a room with 2 beds and did not get it and couldn't have it because it had not been cleaned. By the time we discussed the situation with the room choice and air conditioning the receptionist was rude. We weren't offered another room even though we were the only guests in a 9 room accommodation. Even though the location was lovely I would not recommend staying here.

  : Location had stunning views.
  : The AC unit wasnt working in the room. The daytime mx temp was 38C during the stay so we were unable to sleep as the room was uncomfortably hot! We couldnt access the purchase of bottled water as the water was stored behind a locked door in the dining area. No reception staff overnight. Breakfast was poor quality.

  : There was new management with friendly and helpful service. Rooms were very clean, and the location was beautiful on a quiet little hill.
  : The showers are quite small and the beds were basic single beds stuck together. The bedsheets were very fresh and clean. No food service after summer season so we needed to drive to a neighbouring town to find food.

  : The sign doesn't say Agritourismo, I think it says spa resort, and there are two different addresses but apart from that everything was great
