: Location for us was perfect midway for walking to San Minato on the Via Francigena. Wise as you arrive to see if the Bar opposite the turning to La Stregatta can provide supper. There is a restaurant on the next crossroads but can be closed. Leaving the Via Francigena to find La Stregetta requires a short walk on the busy road. Two other walkers and us were all hunting for a marked walk through trees to the village, but we all missed it as we think overgrown. But, worth the road walk in and out for the quality of the restful place.

: problem with shower - the temperature of water is changing when using it - once it super hot once it's ice cold - you cannot take a showermassive black mould in the bathroom!! size of the bathroom - so thin you cannot use the toilet no chance to use kitchen which is in the building but everything is off

: We were upgraded to stay in Hotel Le Vedute, a very pleasant, large building with a swimming pool and restaurant. We had spacious rooms, and made use of the pool and pool bar. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, organising luggage transfer for us. This is a good stop to break up an otherwise long day on the Via Francigena - it's a short walk off the route. Both breakfast and our evening meal (half board, so chosen from a fairly limited but varied menu) were excellent.

: We stayed in the guesthouse which is connected to the hotel. It's a quiet location in the countryside. The rooms were large but pretty basic. Dinner in the hotel was OK though the breakfast was a little disappointing.
: The rooms in the guesthouse really could do with being refurbished.
