  : Its location was great, in a quiet residential street but within walking distance of the centre. Finding it and parking were easy. It was a fine, renovated building. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good, again with excellent staff looking after us. Room was comfortable and spacious with efficient a/c and there was a pleasant outside area. Foligno itself was an unexpected treat, such a nice place to walk around with excellent eating and drinking opportunities.
  : We paid for a spa treatment on one day where we were left alone in a room with a whirlpool bath and a sauna. We had expected a massage and refreshments but it was all minimalistic; not good value for money.

  : location was steps from the station.
  : My first room bathroom ceiling was covered with black mold and it was obviously caused by an ongoing leak that hasnt been repaired. This is hazardous to anyone but especially someone with asthma. After a long day of travel I wanted a shower but was unable to take one because I didnt want the steam to affect or release mold spores that I would breathe in. They moved me the following day when a room became available. The second room was nice but there was no WiFi I. the room and I had a presentation to give via ZOOM. I was able access WiFi throughout the hotel and the hall but as soon as my room door closed so did my internet access. I had to buy additional data in order to use my devices (a necessity while traveling abroad) and I had to reschedule my planned zoom presentation for a week later.
