  : The apartment is in a great location, close to a lot of attractions and walking distance from main points of interest. There is a nice simple decor, it is well equipped ans spacious enough for 5 people. Comfortable bed (main bedroom) , plenty of storage space for clothes. Lots of restaurants/cafes and shops nearby which is great for a self catering apartment.
  : like most buildings in Florence it old and therefore poorly insulated and was quite noisy at time (neighbours and street especially with deliveries in the shops below the flat early morning) but it is to be expected in an old building in the city centre. The bathroom is on the small side especially for 5 people.

  : The location is just okay around 25 mins to station and 15 mins tk centre of Doume and Bridge.The fresh fruit amd vegetables market is close to Appartment. The welcome Wine is a good gesture
  : The facilities are not up to the mark.1. No dish waghera so if ubare staying for more then one day and pains to cook something not good option 2. Only provided one tissue roll even requested and not obliged 3. The bathroom is very small vs the size of the appartment amd for tall and fat guys not comfortable. 4. The main door of the building is super noisy and have no hydulic pump TP control so whoever entry leave the door and its banged like a hammer on your head and night time its so worse.5. The club is next to the appartment so bear in mind the late noise amd ealry morning other work around.6. The appartment was cold and heating was just normal and the stay was not comfortable 7. Most important 5 days ago they send me the online checkin with rental contract and 200Euro depoist block which was not mentioned in their advertisement and Booking .com and they were not supporting saying its Italy Law wilhich is not true as we stayed in other appartment whole Italyband mentioned the same to them and they just passed a ignorance and don't care ... you may cancel the booking., again disappointed 8. The check out is at 10a.m we requested again for one hour and ots not obliged. In over all it was not a good experience and stay with then and won't recommended at all

  : Lovely property, comfortable beds, powerful shower.
  : Nightmare getting into the flat. No keys but instead a Keesy app. Would have been fine if it had worked. Instead we had a three mile round trip to collect keys and only got into the apartment 2.5 hours after we first arrived there. Only one toilet roll, one pillow each and fridge did not work. Very, very noisy. Woken up throughout the night by people talking, shop shutters opening and closing and motorbikes going past.

  : Good location and comfortable bed.
  : The noise was awful. Stayed for 5 nights and every single day we were woken up at 12am by people walking past on the street and the again at 5am with shutters from the shops and bin men coming. There is absolutely no sound proofing in the apartment, all the noise travelled to the two back bedrooms that were street side. None of us got enough sleep. There is equally as much noise for people coming up and down the communal stairs. Once again you can hear everything. As well as this, we were only left one toilet roll in the aparmtnet, and there were very limited glasses that weren't wine glasses. We won't be back.

  : convenient and clean. The owner was always contactable via messages.
  : The apartment is not sound proofed at all. the main front door which is used by other residence is used at all hours of the day and night. the door bangs so loudly and you can hear people walking up and down the stairs all night long. The sound from the street at night is horrendous throughout the apartment, I could only sleep with noise cancelling headphones on that I had to buy specifically to sleep here. If you are tall, rethink booking - you wont fit on the toilet. I am 170cm and had to sit sideways because me knees where hitting the wall when sitting forwards.
