  : - very central location. - air conditioning (silent, good quality) in all bedrooms- well equipped kitchen, large fridge, washing machine- big apartment, beautifully decorated.- good communication with caretakers.
  : - only one key, for a 3 bedroom apartment that is quite inconvenient. - the very central location also has disadvantages - it's impossible for instance to load your bags into the car outside the apartment. Yes there is a garage in front, but it is small so you should book in advance; and it is very expensive (35 euro/day) - there are cheaper options at e.g. 20 euro but the closest are a good 15' walk. In brief, this is the sort of place where you come with one or two bags you can carry. - no mobile phone connection almost anywhere in the apartment. Wifi signal poor in the two bedrooms at the back- no dishwasher, no air conditioning in living room.- central heater is just outside one bedroom's window - so that bedroom has a quasi constant humming noise.

  : Spacious, clean, great location, stylish, clear checkin instructions.
  : Shower slow to drain so had a bit of a flooding issue. Neighbours to rear bedroom a bit noisy late at night. Wifi weak / nonexistent at rear of apartment. No bedding provided for sofa.

  : Great location! Walking distance to everything in downtown Florence. Apartment was large and 3 bedrooms and 2 baths made is very comfortable. Apartment was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

  : spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms with queen beds. Very clean and comfortable. Good washing machine.
  : When we arrived we did not have wifi we could not contact owner. We could not get in front door and did not know which apartment was ours. Fortunately the hotel across the street let me use their wifi and we could access apartment via automatic unlocking of doors. Two flights of stairs and light not working on our level of stairwell.
