: The location is perfect!!
: It was impossible to sleep due to the mosquitos!!! There was nothing complimentary in the kitchen for example tea, coffee, condiments, etc. The check-in is not flexible or spontaneous. This is a company that owns different apartments in Florence and there is just one person doing the check-ins for every apartment. So if you have bad luck and everyone wants to arrive at the same time, you will have long waiting times. Recommendation: let the company know days or week in advance, when is your eta.

: Lots of mosquitos, some communication snafus, rickety stairs to loft, missing some kitchen basics

: The apartment was ok. Location was good and Lorenzo was nice
: The building doesnt have good lighting and elevator doesnt always works.So I broke my leg on the way down from the apartment which is in 4th level as elevator didnt work. I was bringing the suitcase and the stairs are dark. There is a light switch which has a timer so at some point they go completely dark and thats how I fell with my suitcase in hand.The apartment is ok but building isnt. A lot of room for accidents.

: Excellent location within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and good restaurants. The apartment was well equipped to suit our needs. The main bedroom and lounge were very comfortable. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with a lift to all levels. We were greeted by the host on our arrival and given an overview of the facilities.
: The single bed on the upper level was uncomfortable and it was very hot up there. There was no AC on the upper level and the space lacked privacy due to the open plan design. The staircase felt unsafe as there was no handrail.
