  : Great location, walking distance to all the main places. Good air conditioning.
  : The place was great for a one night stay! Nothing bad to say just a heads up that there was no lift that we could see, so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs.

  : - terrible communication - I didn't get access details (there is no reception) at all despite writing several times on booking chat, one hour before check -in I tried calling and finally managed to contact someone, we arrived at the time of check-in (13:30) and had to wait for another 25min on the stairs because the room was still being cleaned; - third floor without a lift and crazy amount of steep stairs - I cannot imagine carrying a suitcase all the way up, gladly we were packed light - definitely an important issue to consider in terms of heavy luggage or any sort of disability; - very loud - toilet pump in the bathroom making sounds every time someone in some other room used the toilet, sounds of washing machine in the middle of the night; no street sounds though; - wardrobe wobbly and with just a few hangers, definitely not for a longer stay; - TV on the wall parallel to the bed without the possibility of changing its angle; - no fridge

  : It was close to the old town. Location was good.
  : First, we were shocked with the floor of the guest house. It was on the last (4th) floor, which is NOT mentioned in the description of the house. There is no elevator and you have to carry all your luggages to the last floor. If you are old or heavy or disabled or simply your luggages are heavy then it is so hard for you to climb all those stairs. Secondly, the linen was NOT clean, it was stained. Third, it was stated in the description that some rooms have balcony. And all the room pictures and the views belong to those rooms with balcony but our room didnt have a balcony and it had a view of another room and the hall which is not good as there is no air in the room. Lastly, it is a guest house and there are a few other rooms which are too close to each other. Our rooms was surrounded by the other rooms and if you are not lucky with your neighbors,you have to endure the noise and smoke coming out of the other rooms even after midnight.

  : "Dont judge a book by its cover". At first we were a bit worried when we reach the address due to how it looks like from outside and the hallway but the room was great and the owner was very accommoding even if everything is done through phone. Smooth check-in/out.
  : Mosquitoes...There is a vape/baygon provided which is great but had to deal with them although maybe it depends on the season. It can be difficult to get to the top floor if you have a heavy lugguage.
