  : Good size room, location was perfect, host was helpful with check-in, room had a kettle and fridge.
  : Dirty room (mould in bathroom and smelt like mould), matters was on its last legs and sank in spots making sleeping a little tricky. We had good expectations for the stay from pics and reviews and we felt catfished.

  : Located near the central station. It was clean. No noise at night.
  : Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. View from the window is not pleasant. Shower is not comfortable, water only from the top. Closet was broken and had only 2 hangers. Late check-in(only from 3pm) and early check-out (10:30am). Since this is not a hotel there were no cleaning. So, wouldnt recommend it for long stay.

  : The location is great because you have the train station (10 min walk) and the city center nearby as well with a nice walk looking at the Ponte Vecchio.The classic style of the room is quite nice, making you feel like in the old times.
  : The bed squeaks every time you move, which was annoying during the night, plus the A/C was very noisy and not cooling properly the room during the day.The main wifi or the extension had a weak signal and switching off all the time, so we had to use our private data. Be in mind that we had to pay 7 euros per person per night for the city tax, which was higher than the city tax anywhere else in Italy, which we paid max. Of 3 euros per person per night.When it comes to the check-in, they asked for a lot of info to be given access, and if you check in after 6 pm, they will charge you 30 euros which we don't understand why if everything is automatic and there is no reception.

  : The location is not a destination. I choose it because it was close to the train station. The room was very nice. My contact was very helpful. Its difficult to get into the building. The door lock to the room was difficult to work as well. The bench at the foot of the bed needs to be reupholstered; its dirty. Other than that, it was great.

  : It was quiet, comfortable and convenient to the train station.
  : As you had to make a local phone call to get the code to get in, this was inconvenient if you dont have a phone plan. We only had a wifi connection. So using WhatsApp would be a much easier way of getting the entry code. Also the lights going up the main stairs would cut out half way up, so you were in pitch black and had to then find the light switch again.

  : The location was ok. The room was too big! It had 2 single beds and one queen. The headboard on the queen was in very bad shape and ripped.The bathroom was not very clean especially around the molding. The toilet seat swung off the toilet when you sat down. How to locate the office to check in was not convenient and tucked away. The hostess was pleasant, however, and helpful.We encountered a couple at the hotel who were totally confused and had no idea how to enter their room.

  : They could've cleaned under the beds and tables.
