  : The location of the hotel was perfect. Just a few short blocks from the Duomo. There were several restaurants, pubs and even a laundromat within a few min walk. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Our area of the hotel had a common room that our group hung out in every evening. This hotel is more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel, but our group really enjoyed the location and the accommodations.
  : Although we received very detailed instructions on the check-in process, it was a little confusing to find all the rooms (we had 6 different rooms spread out in 3 different "wings" of the hotel) especially at the end of a long travel day. The hotel only has a portion of the building so we spent several minutes looking in other rooms of the building for our rooms in the hotel. There is no elevator in the building so you have to go up two flights of stairs to get to the main floor of the hotel. Wasn't a big deal other than on arrival and departure because of the luggage. It would be nice to have two keys to each room. There is only 1 key to each room and you use the key to get in the main door to the building, the main door to the "wing" of the hotel that your room is in and to lock the room at night when you go to bed. So when my husband wanted to hang out with the other guys in our group at the pub around the corner after dinner, and I wanted to go to bed, I was not able to lock the door to our room until he got back unless I wanted him to lock the door from the outside (locking me in the room) which didnt seem like a good idea.

  : It was decent and fairly well maintained.
  : The noise from the clubs and bars at night is unbearable. Didnt sleep for many nights which made the trip very uncomfortable. Even with ear plugs it was so loud that it felt like the people were partying in my room. Noise went till 5am on some nights.

  : Fantastic location. Nice big room. Had everything we needed. Very clear instructions to check in.
  : The drain in the shower would not drain properly. By the end of shower it was nearly over flowing. Floors in room were quite dirty and dusty. Made black footprints on linen.

  : Could have had some additional tea coffee supplies but this is a minor minor gripe. Overall, stay is excellent

  : They require a deposit of 30 euros if you arrive after 6 p.m. Simply by having a person who opens the door for you and gives you the keys, when, if we had arrived earlier, we would have had it in a box and all the arrival instructions would have been telematic. Without sense
