  : Good location and the apartment was spacious.
  : WIFI went out, zero TV channels, horrible mattress, no street address on confirmation email, needs good cleaning, used soap from previous guest still in shower, toilet brush unsightly, quilts seemed unwashed, electric socket hanging out of wall (noted by previous guests), lightbulb not replaced (noted by previous guests), faulty apartment door lock, no response from hosts about WIFI outage, billing made through unknown company causing credit card problems. Overall, the apartment was worn, unkept, and lifeless (with questionable "art work").

  : The apartment is in a top area, the location is right next to Ponte Vechio. That's the only good thing I can say about this apartment. I booked for 4 people and the day before I arrived in Florence, the agency told me that I still had to pay € 120 because there are only 2 people in the system, not 4. No problem, I complied and I paid! The apartment is in a miserable condition, dirty walls, very old and dirty furniture, the kitchen seems detached from another movie. It has a storage room in the hallway, never in my life have I seen so much clutter, mess and things piled on top of each other! To make the trip truly memorable, I forgot when I checked out a few pieces of clothing in the bedroom, although I called at least 20 times on all the available phones on the property, no one answered me….it was Sunday! On Sunday only the money is collected, the client is forgotten and treated with indifference! Although someone was in the apartment, they did not want to answer the door to return my things! Monday is not a good day for the agency that rents this apartment either…. The situation has not been resolved yet! The customer is good only to make payments….
