  : Great taxi pick up at airport Great location, note this is on a pedestrian street so you have to carry your luggage about 100m. But this means no sounds of cars or lorries in the night. Rooms good size and clean Everything can be found in one cupboard or other! (loo rolls in the living room wooden cupboards!)
  : We were presented with a bill for local tax and it was requested that 56 Euro cash was left on the table! I did not do this but paid online after I got home, I could not be sure that the cash were go to the authorities. Booking.com should include this in the fee. Poor organisation, at 8 AM a young man burst into the flat without ringing the bell to collect laundry. He said he was told that the flat was empty. Or was he after the 56 Euro? We had a book out time at 10 AM.

  : We arrived early in the morning, so we had to store our luggage at the Keesy point as we were allowed to pick up the keys just at 14:30. It costs extra money. The Keesy point was 1,7 km from the property and it wasn't convenient to go there with luggage.

  : The location and size of the apartment were wonderful. The decor was pleasant and my daughter loved using the vinyl player it was the perfect touch. It was very clean and freshly ground coffee was definitely appreciated.
  : The mattress wasn't the best but hey! I have a bad back and I'm being a bit picky. Not an issue for us but the stairs are narrow and not suitable if you have issues with mobility.

  : The location (away from the tourist areas but close to restaurants and supermarkets) and size of the apartment was very good. The air conditioner was quite effective and cooled the apartment well.
  : The apartment was not maintained well and looked really old. The pictures are quite misleading. Beds were not comfortable and the sofa bed kept separating from its base. There is a very narrow and steep staircase leading to the apartment as its on the first floor and there is no elevator. Carrying suitcases is really difficult and my son and wife almost slipped on the staircase. If multiple appliances are turned on like both the air conditioners, washing machine or dishwasher then the electric power would trip leaving the whole apartment in complete darkness. There is no TV in the apartment and the internet speed is really slow. I was communicated the apartment has a fiber optic connection but the speed was barely 5mbps.

  : The location is perfect as everything you may need in Florence is just minutes walk away. The apartment is spacious and also cool which serves as an escape from the hot Italian sun. Also, the bedroom is away from the street which ensures a good nights sleep while the lively street brings life to the kitchen and living room.
  : The kitchen utensils very far too few. For example, only 4 forks seems a bit too cheap... Furthermore, the wifi is not great. I'd not recommend working from the apartment if you have calls or require any heavy internet use. For basic website use it's fine. Finally, there are only two plugs for larger chargers as most are 'the Italian' outlets and there is a limit to what you can plug in there. For example, we had to be creative to charge our laptops.

  : Location was great - very close to the centre and with lot of good eating options all around.
  : The sofa cum bed which is supposed to accommodate two can really only accommodate 1, the second person has to be a very small child, maybe 6 years or less to fit. It also separates completely from the sofa bed. Our second child ended up having to share the double bed with me and my wife which made it very cramped. I guess we were spoiled by other apartments we stayed in that had toiletries, coffee pods, etc. - so we were disappointed not to have them here...this is of course was not offered or expected, so it's not a fault...just more of an observation of what we had come to expect from an apartment in Italy.
