  : Due to the location and a busy street below it is quite loud, especially in the morning - I guess that is the price of being in the centre but just to keep in mind when booking.

  : Great location, all the sights and shops are nearby. The apartment is nicely furnished, comfortable bed. Communication with the owner was fast and helpful.
  : The huge noise on the street bothered... ambulances, garbage trucks, street cleaning... If you are a light sleeper, you won't have a peaceful sleep ;) The window is not soundproof.

  : We really liked where the property is located and the location was fun and safe.
  : Windows were too old and not soundproof at all. For a long stay cleaning can be a problem. Everything is self service checkin and checkout. Communication with property owner can sometimes be delayed.

  : Perfect location! I think this is the best location in Florence. Everything is at most 10 mins walking distance. The room and sheets were very clean.
  : We were on the 3rd floor but we heard all the street noise in every hour of the day. Windows are very old with wood frames and 1 layer of glass. We couldnt get a nice sleep unfortunately.

  : The room was very large and included a kitchenette. There was an open section in the middle of the building where you could open the bathroom window, then the french doors in the main room for a cross breeze. It was cool out when we're there so that's how we cooled off the room. I'm not sure if the mini-split worked because I didn't see a remote and it wasn't necessary. The bed was moderately comfortable. I always preferred a memory foam topper cuz I like them soft. It was very noisy at night because this location is in close proximity to stores and the Ponte Vecchio. There is a slight smell of sewage when you enter the building, but not at all in the room. One morning at about 3 to 4AM a truck parked around the corner street and seems they were pumping the septic for the area. With the door open it was unpleasant. Over all the apartment was with in walking distance to most of what you want to see, it was in an ancient building, but was a fabulous place! Just bring your ear plugs, and maybe find out when the septic guys are scheduled to come, making sure the balcony doors aren't open. I really loved my stay! I added photo views from the room.
